- JKJoan KrouzekNov 26, 20243.0I had some trouble with updates. Every time I called, I was the next person they were going call. Then I went in to the office for mediation and as I sat waiting, I heard a person on the phone telling a client they were the next call they were going to make.!! So up until this point, I didn't feel well cared for. Then I received a call, I was accompanying my 90 year old mother to a funeral, I was not in town. I received a call at 2 pm from Natalie saying my court date was tomorrow!! I didn't think I needed to attend the Newbury Port hearing. This was not excellent service,communication or care. I made it to court the next day after driving all night to get back. So I leave it to up to you. Do you want to post this feedback
