Roughly 2 weeks ago I purchased renters insurance & the staff was very helpful. They called me the next day checking up on me to see everything came out ok with my claim.
Yadira Ramirez in particular helped me out so much! The claim covered everything I needed to but it didn't mention a third party where I needed it to and she fixed that for me. She also helped me change the address on the claim when the apartment number I was initially given needed to be changed. Yadira Ramirez was not only helpful, but also fast in responding my emails & sending me the proof of my claim. Thank you!

I hate adult hood. So much responsibilities nobody prepared you for. Car insurance, home owners insurance, life insurance, business insurance, etc. My agent Rhaissa explained everything throughly to me. Like insurance for dummies. She initially got me started with just car insurance. Super simple! Then life insurance, explained everything and wasn’t pushy. Then I transferred my homeowners insurance with her also. Explained everything! And made filing a claim super simple. Since the 3 years of knowing rhaissa, she has been my point of contact for everything. She has gotten me car, business, life, and home owners insurance! I fully recommend her.
