I have not had a great deal of interaction with Jason but he has been available when I have requested but Nikki is a licensed insurance agent and is very responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and always available. If she does not have the answers (very rare) she will get them to my satisfaction. I have been doing business with a State Farm agent in three states for more than 60 years and without a doubt, this agency ranks in the top two.

Today Nikki Larson once again assisted me, this time with questions about the recent homeowner's insurance rate increases. She thoroughly understands the changing conditions of the insurance industry, and is willing to go to bat for me to try to get a discount because my roof has high-quality shingles and other upgrades. She has frequently assisted me with previous inquiries. She and all the staff at the Jason Griep agency are the primary reason why I stay with State Farm. I could get slightly lower rates elsewhere, but not such excellent service.
