  We set up our home and auto insurance (changing over to State Farm) today with Shelton. Not only did he save us money on our home insurance and coverage on our 3 cars, but he was friendly, personable, and went over our options thoroughly. I didn't feel pressured but rather well-informed and like I was talking to a friend. I highly recommend working with Shelton and choosing State Farm.

  I truly cannot express how grateful I am to Jared and his team. I reached out and the same day I was at ease with a new renter’s insurance policy. Jared took the time to work with me one on one so I could understand my policy and ensure I had everything I needed. You cannot go wrong choosing them for your insurance provider!

  I would just like to recognize Shelton. What a great conversation and personality. He was very knowledgeable on what I needed and made suggestions that I really appreciated. He was very patient. We had trouble getting in touch with each other today because I had a busy day, but there was something about him that I knew that I needed to get back in touch with him. I think I called him twice and he called me three times and we finally connected. I wouldn’t do that under normal circumstances, but he is a special person. I’ve been in business in sales and management for over 35 years.. I wish I would’ve had somebody like Shelton to work for me. Great personality, very knowledgeable, and very good representative for your company because he is very likable. I wish him the best . I pray blessings for him. Thank you Shelton you made my day better.

  Just set up my policy with Chris, he was amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure all information was correct, and to make sure all my needs was met. Even went above to deal with me as my crazy work schedule in the fire sprinkler business is crazy busy but he was willing to reach out via text, email and call when it was convenient for me! Definitely an asset to the company as customer service seems to be a declining these days. His professionalism and kindness was much appreciated.

  I had an incredible experience with Jared and would give him six stars if it was possible. He reached out to me on a Saturday morning, explained everything in detail in a way I could understand, and In under 30 minutes, got me signed up for an insurance policy that was 40% less than what Allstate quoted me. It is so refreshing and rare to have such great customer service where a native English speaker local to the area is available by phone at my convenience with no hold or wait time. I could not imagine a better experience because he was friendly, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to connect with. whatever your insurance needs are I 100% recommend you go with Jared- I would say just get everything from Auto, Renters, Life, Accident, and whatever else your job may or may not offer. He will get you the best price possible, he will make sure your policy doesn’t have any hidden exclusions or tricks, and you and your family will be completely covered for what could be tens, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars for less than a fast food meal. Great customer service, Great price, Great coverage…. Jared is amazing!!!!
