I was with this agent for 2 years. Very responsive when starting a new policy but if you want to cancel that’s another story. I spent a few days calling and trying to cancel a policy. After realizing I am waisting my time I changed my agent and were able to do it in less than an hour.

I called just a few minutes before 5:00 and he answered the phone and we spent 20 minutes on the phone and he literally was so helpful and explain things I went from basic liability insurance into a comp we went through the prices and everything else and for someone to answer the phone and hang on the phone with me that long was really really commendable and I did offer several times to call back the following day and he reassured me that it was no problem and it was okay so you really need more agents like that thank you Lane spry
