  Our technician, Duy, was amazing! Knew exactly what was wrong and got right to work! He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help. This was our first time using Jape Services, but we will definitely be repeat customers.

  Very professional. Came on time and got our hot water heater back working quickly. Highly recommend if you need HVAC or plumbing help to call JAPE.

  Jeremy with Jape Services handled two issues in the same month with our HVAC unit, he was very knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and courteous. Today we had Alex and Eric from Jape come out to replace our unit and we were very impressed with their service, they were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We couldn't be happier with the 2 service calls and unit replacement that Jape's technicians provided.

  As always, the Jape services are wonderful. We have had the same technician for several years and visits. He knows our systems well. Today, he knew what the issue was before he got to the unit just by the sound he heard in the hallway. Jeremy is wonderful.
