  Excellent expérience all the way from the sales rep coming to the house with samples to Anthonys awesome work hauling off the old and installing the new, can’t recommend enough!!!

  I went to Jamie'scarpet in Sandusky for carpet for my stairs. Was sold way more carpet than I needed as they measured the stairs after I purchased the roll of carpet. I asked if they gave a military discount and the lady said yes. She said she applied it and never did . I was charged for tack strips which they should of used on my stairs and never did. They took thebeasy way out.Customers service there is horrible. I called back to talk to the owner and told him all my concerns and that I was not happy I was overcharged and his reply was "what do you want me to do"? And his comment to me about Jeff was it for me. I will never go back there to purchase carpet.

  Exceptional customer service. In home vist to choose carpet and measure, then allowed us to pick our instalation dates a week apart due to the large area needing carpet replacement. Highly recommended !!!

  We bought a house and needed carpeting installed before we moved in. We went to all the big box stores in the specialty stores and they were quoting 6 to 8 weeks out at least. We stopped in Jamie‘s. Sonny was a very helpful helped us. Pick some in stock carpeting that we Liked. Spoke to the scheduler and was able to squeeze our job in. The scheduler called with updates. I think his name was Jeremy. Great service. The installer Anthony was Courteous, quick, did an amazing job and cleaned up. Will definitely use them again
