Wow! As in the best kind of wow. Jennifer, my account rep, is helpful, patient, kind, and thorough. She is the reason I chose this State Farm office to sign my new homeowners and auto policies with. Jennifer must have handled five, or six phone calls with me, answering many of the same questions as if they were the first time I asked them.
