  When I started taking my cats to Henderson Animal Clinic I was pleased. Over 3 years I have seen a change. Not very gentle with getting my cat out of the pet carrier, even when I offered to do it. I was asked to get help elsewhere for my cat so I needed my cats file, they charged me $5 a page to copy, I was expecting a charge but $5, how pathetic. Also had labs done within 2 months ago and they would not hand those over or give copy. I found a new vet and what took Jamie one set of labs, 1.5 weeks to get lab results back to , well, the new vet did labs, took 24 hours to get results back, he also knew what was wrong with my cat but did labs to make sure only 1 thing was wrong and this all happened in one trip, not 1.5 weeks and Jamie still did not know what was wrong. They cost me money but it was worth it.

  Dr.Jamie Alka is such a good veterinarian & kind person. She has went out of her way for my pets more than once. She and her crew have an obvious true love for animals. She is definitely the best in my opinion. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my babies! Henderson is truly blessed to have her and her crew! They are all such nice people. I highly recommend them!!

  Dr. Alka has always taken such great care of our animals. She goes above and beyond to provide us with the best service and is very mindful when choosing the best treatments in terms of cost for the customers. I have seen a huge change in the office over the last year as she has new help and a smiling face at the front desk. We’ve seen 5 other vets in Henderson over the last 20 years and this office has been the best when factoring in everything (easiness to schedule, customer service, cost, vet knowledge and care).
