  Went over the speed bumps in the front of the apartment complexes at very slow speed and they are still so rough that they disconnected my fuel line and bust a residents brand new tire

  I am a senior citizen on social security only! My rent went up to $1,008 and some change! I am in a one bedroom that is 690 square feet if that! I have been here 6 years now! The rent here is ridiculous for this kind of an apartment I am in the old one I could see myself maybe paying this much in the newly remodeled apartments but not this one! The staff here are nice. I'm not going to pay this kind of money for this kind of an apartment that is that is old and outdated! I would like nothing more than to meet the owners and speak to them one-on-one! But as everyone out here says good luck with that that's never going to happen. Well maybe it's time for us senior citizens to actually have a one-on-one or a group meeting at the office at Jamestown and listen to us senior citizens that are on social security this is our livelihood. I don't have anybody to rely on all I have is myself and I think it's time that we have a meeting with senior citizens which are very few that live out here and have a meeting!

  We went to take a tour of a unit. We set up a time to tour using the link on the apartment website. A member of their team got back to us quickly to confirm the appointment. Taylor was our leasing consultant that we spoke with when we arrived. She was very friendly and very helpful. She explained the rental process in detail and answered all of our questions. This was a new experience for my daughter and Taylor made her feel comfortable and confident in the process. I would highly recommend Taylor if you go for a visit, she is friendly and knowledgeable about Jamestown!
