Went on Saturday and was part of the 3:30pm/last tour group of the day. Bought tickets the day prior and checkin was easy. You can buy tickets there as well. The staff (both front desk + our tour guide) from start to finish were AMAZING! They were so knowledgeable, courteus, and made the tour not only fun but memorable. The manor itself is filled with beautiful wood work, gorgeous glass windows, trinkets of the past, and so much more that I cant put into words.

This is such a beautiful museum and the story of Mr. Hill and his family is fascinating. I highly recommend that you visit here when you're in Minneapolis.

Family of 4 was really excited to do this tour. All 4 of us left underwhelmed and a little disappointed. We did the self guided tour and there were really only a handful of areas that were either walkable or viewable. Lots of other spaces that are either out of commission or used for contemporary usage which completely throws off the feeling that you are on a historic house tour.

We took the tour and it was great. Good information about the house, then you can walk around on your own. There were other guides throughout the house you could ask questions. Great way to spend a few hours.

The history on this house and the size of the house is amazing. Just wish more of the rooms were open and not storage. The tour guides were great. I love how they know so much and you can see their passion for the job shinning through when they talk about the house and answer questions for people. You have a great staff Please let them all know that. ( At one point I accidentally jumped on a different tour group cause I was in a room to long admiring it and that tour guide also had a passion for the job.)💖
