  I was looking through the reviews and was stunned that it was all stars across. My first encounter with Nationwide was terrible. I called to get a vehicle insurance quote. The gentleman on the other line sounded so vibrant. I thought he was going to be professional, to my surprise that wasn’t true at all. I explain to him what I wanted which was an insurance quote for my vehicle. He asked me the make and model and how much was I currently paying. He said that was about right. He asked my current insurance company. I told him, to make a long story short he hung up on me. My very first time calling Nationwide Insurance Co. He left a very BAD impression on this company.

  James Brown's office for State Farm insurance is truly the best provider I have ever had the privilege of calling my agent(s)!! They (especially Kelly Winpigler) always go above and beyond to make sure we have the coverage we need at the best possible price! I have used them from my first policy and never want to go anywhere else! I have had to deal with some other insurance for work/business purposes and it can't compare to how great James Brown's office is!!
