  Jalisco’s has been a favorite restaurant of my family for more than 25 years - when they say that they are the best Mexican restaurant in Idaho Falls, they are not exaggerating! After growing up in San Diego I can tell you that the decor, tile work, music, and atmosphere makes it feel like you are south of the border, and the service is efficient and friendly EVERY time you visit. Typically I’m a taquito or flauta kind of girl, but I was feeling adventurous today and ordered the skirt steak with shrimp in a creamy/spicy diabla sauce filled with sautéed vegetables. Wow, I need to be adventurous more often! If you are craving authentic Mexican food in a family-friendly atmosphere with servers that take great care of you, look no further!

  The restaurant was nice , it was weird that the tamale and enchilada were served without red sauce....but the food was good overall

  Miri was an amazing waitress! She did an awesome job taking care of my wife and I! She was super friendly and helpful explaining the menu! On top of the great service the food was amazing!

  Some of the absolute best food I've had in awhile. Both times we were there. Will most definitely come back if ever in Idaho Falls again. The shredded beef burrito is 🔥. Pollo chimichanga amazing. Had the birria tacos and would order again. Salsa was a tad spicy but I kept eating it. (Also I'm a whiner when it comes to spicy food)

  The taste was great, portions are too large because they use lots of fillers like onions , peppers, etc. it would be better if they didn’t fill as much but better quality final product. Our server was friendly but too busy
