We had to rip out our in ground pool and the process absolutely destroyed our front and back yard. I struggled to bring our yard back from the brink. I was ashamed everyday I pulled in from work. Over the past year, their consistant service has nearly brought our front and back yard back to what it was before the pool removal. They’re always prompt to respond when we reach out with questions or when we need additional service. They’re absolutely worth what they charge. They’re not shady. They don’t hit us with odd charges or adjust their charges from service to service. They always communicate if their is scheduling change. They also provide helpful information on when and how much to water after they fertilize or weed treat. The guys they send out are always polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

- DLDarrin LewisJun 20, 20234.0I give the staff 5 stars for sure, but I'm a little disappointed in the most recent visit I had. About 1 1/2 years ago, I had Jake's come out to repair a station that wasn't working. It was determined that the valve was bad and needed replacement. No problem, they did it and all was great. About a month ago, I noticed a water leak in my yard in upon inspection myself, I noticed a leak in the valve box for the same valve that was replaced. Called Jake's to come out and it was determined that the leak was coming from the connection between the valve and the pipe. Now I understand warranties and that they expire, but I firmly believe that this connection should have lasted more than it did...........and the recent technician even stated that the connection wasn't straight and "possibly" could have led to the leak. The leak was fixed in about 2 1/2 hours and I was billed about $350. I certainly didn't expect it to be done for free, but there should have been some concessions on the price based upon what was leaking and the "possibility" that it was workmanship failure. I like Jake's and what they do and service they provide, I just don't think the cost for this service is justifiable based on what was discovered.
