- JHJonathan HendrickJun 7, 20251.0My vehicle came to their shop after an engine failure while I was traveling. These jokers sat on it for two weeks before telling me that they needed proof of oil change in order to even process the warranty repair despite it being within the manufacturer recommended interval. Then it took them 7 weeks more to finish the job, all the while I'm paying out of pocket for rental. During this entire process I had to call over and over for updates. Their service advisor and manager are both completely useless and refused to communicate in a professional manner. I only started receiving updates when I contacted the GM of the dealership and the director for the ENTIRE auto group. Upon receiving the vehicle back, it was filthy inside and out. Their technicians left handprints all over the wheel, leather, paint and wheels. Absolutely a trash dealer with trash service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
