Although there were circumstances which were not ideal, Kimberly and I truly appreciated Jason, Mike, and Damien with Jaguar Dublin stepping in and making everything possible right with our Jaguar F-type. The Service Team at Dublin Jaguar were very professional, empathetic, and responsive to our concerns and in the end our car was taken care of. I have taken my F-Type to this dealership twice for service over the two years I have had the car (not bought from them) - a year ago for its scheduled oil change and once this summer to get new tires. Both times, I had no issues, but the guys I dealt with no longer work there. Last week, I dropped it off at 8:30am on Friday for its scheduled annual service (oil change and spark plugs) but it did not get looked at that day and I was told that an appointment does not imply that the work will start that day. Huh? It's an oil change... I got a generic text the following afternoon saying it was still in line to get started and that they were backed up with other vehicles. I heard nothing the next day (Sunday so fair enough) and then got the same generic text on Monday saying it was still in line for service. I heard nothing on Tuesday so sent two messages in the afternoon to check in but did not hear back either time. So on Wednesday morning, I went over and ended up picking it up since nothing had been done over the course of five days - they had not even moved it in the lot. I'm not impressed. The service manager who gave me my keys (not the service rep who was actually very confused) did not apologize, offer to make things right, or even make an excuse for the ridiculous "service" I received. I will not be booking with them again and it is now booked with Jaguar Easton where I had a very positive experience with the person on the phone, without even saying a word about my experience with MAG. Sorry Dublin, you guys just lost a reasonably patient and usually forgiving customer. I work the service industry myself so I get that things don't always go according to plan but you really need to do better. Just communicate with the person who wants to give you money in return for what you do. It's not that hard. Other businesses do it all the time.

Easy to schedule an appointment. Waiting space was comfortable, strong WiFi, and stocked with beverages. I was kept informed of the progress of my vehicle and received a personalized video of the work that was done.
