  Great group of guys. They were very helpful when I had questions about the valley on my house. I had a 12x12 terminating into a 6x12 roof.

  This was the absolute worst experience with a supplier that I ever experienced!! Ordered a building, paid half up front and the rest when delivered sent me an invoice and the materials where incorrect, had to make several phone calls and finally had to take off work to go talk to the manager and figure out what he had ordered, the manager Josh at the Oak Ridge facility has no idea what he is doing so had to contact someone else out of another location to get things straightened out. Josh and the people at the Oak Ridge location are not professional and even (so called ) mistakenly text my fiancé and made some inappropriate comments. I will never do business with Jag Metal again and would tell anyone to go somewhere else to purchase any metal products.
