  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We use our swim spa daily (even when it snows!) and it’s been one of the best investments we’ve made—absolutely no problems since we purchased it. When a hailstorm damaged the cover, we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly the replacement arrived. The two young men who installed it were professional, efficient, and even replaced some hardware while working nonstop in the heat. Their attitude and workmanship were outstanding. Great product, excellent service—I highly recommend this business!

  I researched all the different hot tub makers. Jacuzzi is the top of the line manufacturer and highly rated for its service. It’s not a “hot tub” it’s a Jacuzzi. Jim helped me pick out the model that I needed and set up the install. David DuPont was on site and helped the guys make sure it was set up just the way I wanted it. David came back later and showed me all the bells and whistles, and got my first dose of chemical right. Overall, the sales and service of Jacuzzi Lubbock is top notch and I highly recommend getting one of their therapeutic Jacuzzis!!!!

  We bought our hot tub from West Texas Jacuzzi in 2016. This spring we had a small leak. CRAIG SIMPSON came to repair it. He showed me were there was a leak and had the job done in 15 min, no charge !! He was professional and efficient, thank you all!!! Make a referral, it pays!! Thank you, Craig and West Texas Jacuzzi!!!

  **** Follow up to owners response: My married name is Stephanie Cammack. Husband is Tom Cammack. You most certainly know who we are! We are actually shopping for a new swim spa and to be crystal clear... you could not PAY ME to take a swim spa from you! If you buy a hot tub from this business....., Please know and understand now, that no one in their facility knows how to service your swim spa/hot tub. The owner, David, said to me, "you don't want me working on your hot tub, I don't know anything how to fix one. I just sale them". The hot tub side of our Catalina Swim Spa has been broken for 5 months. 5 months. 5 months!!! And for 5 months they have lied about their ability to correct the situation until David finally told the truth last week!!! I.e. He has no clue how to fix a hot tub if it has a problem!!! Buyer Beware!!!! This place should not be in business and you will only regret buying a hot tub from them!!!
