  Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Rochester! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect hot tub for my space. The delivery and setup process was seamless, and the team made sure everything was installed correctly and that I understood how to use and maintain the tub. The quality of the Jacuzzi brand really speaks for itself — powerful jets, easy controls, and pure relaxation.

  Shawn and Steve were both very helpful as I worked on finding a hot tub cover. Shawn was knowledgeable and made sure to answer any questions that I had. Steve was very helpful in the servicing of the spa cover. Jacuzzi Rochester had exceptional products and also sells infrared saunas. Great customer service great products I highly recommend.

  We bought a 19’ swim spa and couldn’t be happier. Great service and friendly staff. They had a team of about 7 or 8 people there on delivery day to make sure everything was setup the way we wanted. Within the first two weeks, we had a leak in the filter, but they took care of it the next day, and we’ve had no problems since. We’ve owned it for about two months and seem to be using it about 6 days a week. We are very happy with the purchase. High quality and great service.

  I wish I could give these guys 10 stars! I absolutely ❤️ my Jacuzzi Hot Tub! I can't stop smiling ☺️ The team at Jacuzzi Hot Tubs Rochester is all amazing. They are so professional and knowledgeable. I was able to get the perfect hot tub at a great price. I purchased the J-Soul model hot tub. It is an entry-level price, but it is so comfortable and awesome. My salesman and the manager were fantastic. They even came out and set my hot tub up for me. The service department is incredible. I called after hours with a question, and the service manager called me back on his day off and helped me through it!!! I can't say enough how happy I am with them! If you are going to get a new hot tub, you want to get it from them 😀
