He was very responsive and communicated with me throughout the project. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He stopped by several times during the project to see how things were going and to address any issues, etc. Johnnie even helped me store leftover materials in my shed. I was very pleased with the entire experience. Victor was the carpenter who did the work. He was also great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and worked very hard. He made sure things were done my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Jacob’s Ladder again!

If any issues arise due to installation errors within the warranty period, we will rectify them at no additional cost to you.
