  Jacob and Jeremiah are amazing. They came in and went right to work on selling our home. The meet and greet was presented with all you could find on our home. They had a detailed spreadsheet on the numbers, presented examples of how our house would be advertised, and what audiences would be reach. We were more than satisfied and signed up for representation. The picture showcase and description of our home was amazing. They were great with communication and were on time when they said they would be and we knew the plan every step of the way. The open house was a hit and within 30 days we were not only list and contracted ......BUT SOLD! Not only did they sell our home but they also assisted with our next location. Over and beyond with so many services. I would recommend Gilman Homes to anyone looking for the real deal.

  My needs for purchasing a home in the Roseburg, Oregon area were a little unusual as the purchase was being made to assist my husband and I in our estate planning. I wanted to buy a home that would fit my needs in the future but somethig I could rent out until it came time for me to relocate to the Roseburg area. Jacob was referred to me by friends and family, as the realtor for me. From our first meeting in August, 2024 to the closing of my new home on February 28, 2025. Jacob truly understood my needs and what I wanted in a home. He worked long hours, (nights and weekends), didn't waste my time showing me homes he knew would not fit my plan, and was diligent in finding me a home that not only met my needs but it checked all my "nice to have", boxes for when I'm ready to reside in the home. Location was very important to me and this home is in an area I love and is exactly what I pictured when we began this project. To say I love the home is an understatement! The process itself was challenging at times, but Jacob was always professional, understanding, patient and above all suppportive. He was able to secure home inspections, communicate with the selling realtors, and title companies in a way that made everything easy and seamless. Jacob was always available and able to answer my questions/concerns quickly and honestly. Jacob is by far one of the finest real estate professionals I've ever had the pleasure of working with. You couldn't do better than working with Jacob! For all your real estate needs I would highly recommend Jacob Gilman of Gilman Homes. Simply put he's THE BEST..........

There are so many variables and aspects to real estate transactions, which can seem overwhelming at first, but Jacob is an expert who will put your mind at ease. Also, he really knows his stuff on a wide variety of issues pertinent to the local area, ranging from water rights and how to identify and handle fraudulent contractors going door-to-door.
