  I couldn’t have asked for a better experience picking out my wedding dress! My consultant, Kylie, was wonderful to work with and super personable. Loved every minute of the process!

  My mom made an appointment for us to go in and get dresses for my brother's wedding. The attendant never introduced herself or asked our names, unceremoniously brought us to the matron-wear and left us to our own devices. So we just started picking stuff out. 10 minutes later she comes by, picks up the dresses I set aside, never asked if my mom also had dresses she set aside. When it was time to try on dresses, the attendant didn't know my mom also wanted to try on dresses so she acted put-out when she had to also prepare a room for my mom. Then she just came and went for most of the time, and only towards the end started making suggestions and asked if I wanted to look at the bridesmaid selection. I'm 32, for reference, so there was no way she confused me for mother of the bride/groom so why it was in retrospect she thought to mention bridesmaid wear, I'm sure I don't know. We were the ONLY people in there, btw, she wasn't helping anyone else. Anyhow, we may as well have been at JCPennys. No point in making an appointment. Also, not a ton of plus sizes available for mother of bride/groom and none available in bridesmaid.

  In reference to Tip Top Tux and this facility. Would not recommend to anyone. Poor service and Poor Tuxes. Got close to ruining our wedding day. Tried to help in a snobby way. Called back afterword and the owner did not seem to care about losing a customer or receiving a bad review. She was rude and pushed the blame everywhere she could. I would not recommend this business or Tip Top Tux to anyone getting married.
