My family moved to the Houston Area in 1987 left for a few years and returned in 2004. Our agent in Houston has been Jack Wallace and his staff. I’ve maintained that relationship because of one key factor, SERVICE. We’ve gone through 3 children getting drivers liscences, finishing high school, going to college, 2 floods, more control by the State Farm corporate office, Drive Safe and Save, and issues with timely invoices, but through all that, Jack, Melinda and the entire team helped us with personal service, explanations, and acting as if we were members of the same family. I am very appreciative of their service, advice, and how they take proactive interest in us as customers so any small issues get solved BEFORE they get to be large problems. Thank to Jack, Melina, Dashonda and the team from the Bollinger family.
