  My neighbor had a massive boxelder tree in their yard between the house and garage, Jack's crew was right on spot. With a crain, bucket lifts, bobcat and chipper the big tree was dismantled in about four hours. Very professional job! I would hire Jack's Tree Service for sure! Very nice work!!!

  Horrible customer service. They are doing work at the apartment complex i live in. My internet went out, I asked the employee working if he possibly ran over any wires, and he replied "no", I said my internet went out, and he said, "Then maybe I did." I asked what should I do now, he said "I dunno it happens. " I called the apartment manager to make them aware then spectrum to get it restored. I went to my car and glanced over to see if there were visibly cut wires. The employee came up to my vehicle and asked why im "mean mugging him" I told him I wasn't, he was aggressive I called Jack's and the receptionist said "oh I don't what happened I wasnt there". Very rude and aggressive for a simple inquiry about their lack of care and detail while doing their job.

  I originally got their name from Jerry at Bay County Landscaping in Bay City. I had three very tall (80-100 foot) trees in my front yard near the street and on the border of my neighbor's driveway. I do not live in Michigan so I have to rely on google reviews and word of mouth to hire professionals. . . I got Jerry's (Bay County Landscaping) name from my sister in law (who lives in Bay City) who used this company previously and couldn't been happier with the service he provided . . I happened to be at my house in Hampton Township when Jeff (one of the owners of Jacks) came to mark the trees. He was very professional and helpful. His company came with all the necessary equipment needed to do a great job removing the trees, grind the stumps, fill the holes with top soil and cleaning up all the debris. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and efficient job. They may not be the least expensive but the job was done safely in two days with tremendous respect to both my neighbors property in very close proximity to the very tall trees being removed.
