  Took my car here about 1 month ago for an alignment, they did it, and when I drove off I noticed right away the car was still unaligned, I called them and explained it to them, the guy over the phone told me it was just the crown of the road, i said it wasnt and he insisted, so I just didnt argue, sure enough two months later you can see the result in the picture... not professional just stubborn guys working together thinking they know it all and can get away with things

In a flash, he had me back on the road and heading straight to the airport. Talk about efficiency! Walking into Jack's is like stepping into a time machine, in the best possible way. This place is a little hidden gem, giving off major Andy Griffith Show vibes. Seriously, I was half-expecting to see Goober Pyle tinkering under a hood! It's got that classic, no-frills charm that just makes you smile. The lobby is pure, unadulterated retro cool. You've got your basic, comfy chairs (crucial for us Southern belles when that AC is blasting!), a snack machine calling your name, and oldies playing on TV. It's quirky, it's fun, and when you pair that with their good old-fashioned hospitality and fantastic customer service, you've got a winning formula that beats any fancy, soulless dealership any day. So far, Louis and his awesome team have not only patched up two tires but also revived the air conditioning in Ms. Sunshine. Because let's be real, a broken AC in the South is practically a federal offense! My Ms. Sunshine is an "oldie but goodie," just like me! Bottom line? Got something wonky with your ride?   I was on my way to speak at a conference in Kennesaw and my car felt shaky. . . The tire light came on I went to put air in it and heard the air come out. I am not from here and literally turned right into their parking lot. Crying like a baby grateful to have found a tire place. This place is amazing. Great service kind employees and got me new tires and on my way back to Rockdale County Safely. Thank you Jack's tires thank you God for bringing me to them. I was in good hands.
