  High Thievery. CAUTION. The Owner Jim, sold me a fur with SOMEONE ELSE’S name already imprinted in the lining and proceeded to “do me the kind favor” of putting MY name over it instead (Monogram) for Free. I did not need, want or even request this. He sent me an image of a misspelled version of this detail - Karle Hardy - which is not my name. I made the request for a partial refund, as I would not be continuing with the purchase. Jim refused saying that he only sells new Furs, not used ones and would be keeping my money to replace the inner lining for an error that - He Made!!! It’s ridiculous, trickery and a poor way to conduct business. It seems intentional. Collecting and then turning it around on me this way - cowardly if you ask me. I was very excited to purchase and own my Fox Fur. Now, he’s made it hard for me to do business here. Please be careful.

  My experience with JS Furs was superb! I took several articles to be cleaned, repaired and stored and Jim, the owner, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. His customer service skills are excellent and he is really passionate about his trade which shows forth in his customer interactions. I highly recommend using his establishment for all of your fur needs. Keep up the good work Jim as you are a jewel!

  I love J.S. Furs. I described what I wanted to Mr. Simpson and he found it! I get so many compliments everytime I where it. The yearly storage/cleaning service is so convenient where you can schedule pickup and delivery that works for you. I wholeheartedly recommend J.S. Furs!

  I have thoroughly enjoyed my beautiful plaid fur Cape that I received for my 60th birthday! I receive compliments every time I wear it. Thanks again for the wonderful customer service.
