  Excellent Customer Service... Very friendly!! I was referred to J.R. Brothers by two major Jewelry Stores in First Colony Mall to have my watch battery replaced. Robert was accommodating & very fast. I highly recommend J.R. Brothers!!

  Today I went to JR Brothers to have two watches repaired and I had a good experience there. They know how to deal with people who come to a store. They are an organization that works based on their needs. Therefore, anyone can go here and get their things done, especially when it comes to watches. They can trust them 100%👍

  The customer service level and quality of work are outstanding. Fair pricing and great communication throughout the process and they are conveniently located within the mall. Will use them for all of my watch and jewelry repair needs in the future.

  came in to repair what turned out to be a bent pin within the links of my Squale dive watch. the knowledgable and attentive technicians took the time to properly evaluate what was Actually needed, not just what would’ve ‘fixed it’ short term. they walked me through the best options, and in the end found a way to save money and keep the OEM parts by simply removing a couple links and using existing pins. all done within an hour total time. 10 / 10 recommend this kiosk. you can trust these good folks with your values watches for repair like an honest mechanic.

  Blake was super helpful and friendly! When I walked up he was wiping down the displays and making himself busy when I came up asking for a replacement battery for my luminox divers watch. He's got a great shop there with plenty to choose from including jewelry, watches, etc. Highly recommend them as they provided plenty more than you may expect from a spot in the mall :)
