  Very unprofessional! Diagnosed my washer issue over the phone. Ordered part then installed part. Washer still was not working! JJ would never return my calls or texts! 👎

  Use anyone else. Halfway installed a new part for a warranty claim and could never get ahold of them again.

  J.J was scheduled by my warranty company to come out for the second time on the same issue. When he called me he asked me all these questions regarding how I was loading my washer etc. Told me he didn’t like warranty work and since I have a stacked washer and dryer if the warranty company refused to pay for an extra man he would cancel the ticket. Even though I have had this machine for 5 years with no issues he insisted the problem was caused by the detergent I was using and the way I loaded my washer. When I told him I just needed my washer repaired he hung up on me and refused to cancel the ticket even though he didn’t show up for the appointment. I called him and text him and he still ignored my request and the request from the warranty company. The warranty company has removed him from their list of providers and I would never recommend his company based on my experience with him.

  Was called for a warranty repair for our mother in law and we were helping to arrange. No showed/no called twice. When contacted was rude a referred to her (who he had never met) as “that old woman”. Said he was not going to repair because she was just using it wrong. Finally worked with the warranty people to get a competent person out who fixed it in minutes by replacing the part that had failed. I would not waste your time. Update: here we are again. Another warranty repair has been stuck with no contact. Warranty claims confirmed they assigned JJ Appliance repair. So now more waiting while they assign someone who will actually call or show up.
