  An honest mechanic(s) is no oxymoron at J and J Automotive Repair and Service center in Medford. I suddenly had major electrical issues with my vehicle and John was upfront about his experience with the type of problem I was having and realistic about the time frame. I thought that taking it to the dealership would be my quicker option, but I was wrong. They not only were unable to resolve the problem, they suggested it was struck by lightening and I get insurance involved because it was too complicated. I then had it towed to an automotive electrician who claimed it was fixed after a week, but did nothing but apply a bandage. I was ready to make peace with a 6 year low mileage vehicle and scrap it and went to tell John how the story was about to end, but to my surprise he nonchalantly said "bring it over." I was and am grateful that he and his team were willing to take on a complicated project that I thought for sure would lead to a dead end, but unexpectedly received a call that they figured out the problem and it's now resolved. I am confident that the repair was done correctly and I will not have anymore electrical problems with my vehicle. Pricing was fair, never once did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of a situation, but wanted nothing more than to help me out of a bad situation. The female tax exists, but not here and they now have a customer for life! Thank you again!

  John and the whole team were incredible! With my daughter just starting to drive, I wanted to make sure the car was in top shape—and they really came through. It’s such a relief to have peace of mind knowing everything’s running smoothly. Super quick turnaround time and very affordable. Huge thanks to everyone there!

  Glenn has been working on my vehicles for over 30 years! He is an awesome mechanic! He never does repairs to my vehicle unless they are needed! He has always gone above an beyond, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
