My school-aged Daughter and I have been coming here quite often for a couple of years now. This store has a decent selection of items for girls [I can't write much about women's, as I do not shop or dress in that realm...lol]. I love the service and help that the employees provide.
Yesterday (Sunday), they were having a Memorial Day sale (which I'm assuming is still going on) with 50 to 60 percent off on many items. We bought a short-sleeved shirt and a strawberry-pattern summer dress at 60% off - what a deal!
As usual, we received wonderful help from one of the employees - Ann T. She helped me with selection, sizing, advice on inventory/shipment, and entertaining my Daughter (the latter is important..lol). What amazed me was that she was also helping other customers, taking care of inventory, folding clothes, while still gladly helping us with an eye contact smile whenever we asked - truly focused multi-tasking without compromising service at all!
We met up with friends at Cheesecake across the parking lot, and told them about the sale at J Crew. We returned, they bought some stuff, and we headed to the Men's Section of the store which is separated by a couple of other stores. There, a blonde female employee (As described by my Daughter, "With a strand of darker hair, and she's pretty!") helped us out greatly with so much friendliness and courtesy. In all the commotion (I was taking care of 3 kids, while shopping for one of the bigger boys who wears mens' sizes now), I neglected to get her name. Around mid-afternoon (3 pm?), she then bid me goodbye as she needed to head over to the Women's dept.
I really hope that J Crew will give recognition to Ann T. and the woman who helped us at the Men's dept.
Have a blessed Memorial Day, everyone!
