Called customer service and explained that I didn't have the receipt to see what to do, and they told me to bring it back to the store. Drove an hour back to the store and they told me they can't do anything. Called customer service again and they told me to go back and...I don't know....make a scene. Really seems like a simple problem with a clear solution. But now I'm just headed home with a broken bag and no assistance at all from a company that is certainly flush enough to fix their issues. UPDATE: JCrew in Freeport had absolutely no problem handling the issue.
