  I walked into the J.Crew store in Gretna looking for something specific to take on vacation and was really disappointed by the service. I encountered 3 different employees, and not one of them even said hello or acknowledged me besides looking at me. Even the lady at the front, who moved around the store while I was browsing, made long eye contact but said absolutely nothing. I waited to return my greeting to her, but she never said a word to me. The overall vibe in the store felt very off. I’m usually happy to say hi first, but why should I have to, especially as a customer who needed help finding an outfit? No one offered any assistance at all, which made the experience very frustrating especially being 1 of 2 customers in the store. Definitely not returning.

  If I could give my experience today zero stars, I would. I had a terrible experience with a return. The most unprofessional person with a horrible attitude and personality. She was downright rude. I am a great customer at that store and will never enter it again, as, hiring someone that terrible can destroy your business, J Crew. She is just awful. Mean, nasty, arrogant.... and I could go on and on. I assume she was the manager, but am not sure. Middle aged lady, in a pink suit, big glasses and just downright awful and rude. If she hates people and her job so much, she should find a new job.
