- LLLexiJul 21, 20251.0I was super excited to shop at J. Crew this past Sunday. I was able to find a few things I wanted to try on after making two laps around the store. When I went to go try the items on and kindly asked the two associates standing in the middle of the store for a dressing room, I was told that they were closing. Unfortunately there was no warning given when I walked into the store and therefore I apologized stating I didn’t know if they were closing. I said I could put the clothes back, or I could give them to them to put back. They took the clothes without an apology on their end for poor communication and I walked straight out of the store. Missed opportunity for J. Crew. Not great customer service/customer care.
