- AGAlisson GAug 31, 20251.0They do not help their customers. I received attitudes from everyone. I went from Levi’s to J. Crew and the atmosphere was entirely different. They don’t acknowledge their customers. When I asked a question about sizes the answer was just “no” until someone else intervened and still that other person had an attitude. Overall ruined my perspective of J. Crew I definitely will not be shopping at this location. They clearly pick and chose who they want to help based on how you look.
