I went to the outlet today specifically to go to Ann Taylor. As I was walking there, I saw J. Crew and years ago I shopped there and liked the clothes. I went in and was looking around, a little stressed because... I hate shopping. Journey asked me if I needed help and I got right to the point letting him know what I was looking for. He was like my own personal shopper showing me the options for what I needed to purchase. I felt so relieved and relaxed because he put everything in the dressing room for me as we picked out options. As I tried things on, he wanted to know if the sizes were right and quickly got better fitting sizes for me so I didn't even have to leave the dressing room. I am telling you, he made this chore a breeze and I am so thankful. I got everything I needed except a white button up shirt to go with a pair of dressy pants I fell in love with. J. Crew didn't have my size in stock and I wanted to get the shopping done today so I went to Ann Taylor to see if they had one. Not one person there even acknowledged me. I don't know if they had the shirt I wanted or not so I went to Tommy Hillfiger and found what I wanted. But again, employees roaming around aimlessly but not asking to help anyone. Happy to be a returning customer to J. Crew. Honestly only because of the help from Journey. I also really liked how clean and organized the store is. The other spots just felt chaotic and stressful.

I often wait until Black Friday when they have super duper discounts. They usually have clearance racks right at the back. Today was 30% off everything and 50% off clearance. Not bad.....
