- CBCaroline B2 days ago1.0J. Crew Factory cardigans that say 100% cotton are not all cotton. They immediately made me itchy. I have eczema so I have to wear 100% cotton. You can also tell if you take it out the dryer and it has static. Not cotton! This is misleading.
