After being told by a local store to call the Westbrook store, I got in touch with Kaylee (sorry if I am misspelling your name - there are so many variations and I forgot to ask). She might be the most helpful person I've encountered on the phone. Ever. If I lived in CT, I'd shop at this store specifically because of Kaylee. Whatever you're paying her, it isn't enough.
