- JFJason FAug 21, 20251.0I would leave a zero star if that were possible. The outlet sold me a shirt that fell apart after 2 months and will not accept an exchange. If you won't stand behind the quality of a product you should not be selling it. Poor customer service.

There was a large black female that did not greet me or my family as we walked in. I observed her as she greeted other black families as they walked in. We made a large purchase and walked out with two large bags and she did not greet us on our way out the door either. As a gold rewards member, this was very disappointing to say the least.

I asked for assistance with sizing and product details, but he seemed disinterested and dismissive. His attitude made the shopping experience uncomfortable and far from the level of customer service I’ve come to expect from J.Crew. I hope this feedback helps improve staff training and overall service for future customers.
