Crew, the checkout line had a sign advertising 5 dollars off if I signed up for text messages, so I signed up, and it didn’t send me the barcode to get 5 dollars off. The manager working there on 8/30 said there was no way she could give me the five dollars off without the barcode which I never received, and said she could get fired if she gave me the discount without the barcode. This will be the last time I shop at J. crew, they do not have a customer is always right attitude.
