- STSpencer TrotterJun 30, 20253.0The staff was a little too helpful. Every few minutes they asked if we were ready to get a fitting room. Once in the fitting room they asked if we wanted to try other sizes which was nice having them fetch them for us. Others of the staff seemed annoyed that we were pulling out clothes to look at, maybe they didn't want to fold it up after.

While I was shopping, the woman working (middle-aged/older woman with brown hair, a jean vest, and white jeans on) was very condescending and kept interrupting me while I was trying to look around. I felt rushed and like my presence was more of a bother than a valued customer. I typically have good experiences at j crew, but this interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. Based on other reviews this seems to be a trend, what a bummer. I won’t be shopping here again.

I showed her a picture of the jacket and she made the shopping experience so pleasant, and I received a first hand styling education while at it!
