- JPJC PyzDec 11, 20211.0The store itself is fantastic! The manager on duty the night of 12/11/21 however was rude. Betty or Betsy was her name and she had one horrible attitude toward customers. First she yelled at everyone in the store to move bc we weren’t “standing in line” correctly. Needless to say there was nothing showing you where the line was. She blew off a customer asking a simple sizing question. Then that same customer was ordering an item from online with the cashier helping and she was standing there huffing and puffing at the customer. She seemed very bothered by everything and was taking it out on the customer. We all have bad days but that doesn’t mean you need to take it out on your customers.
