  I have been to this store multiple times. Margarita and Adrianna always go above and beyond helping me. The customer service at this particular store is outstanding and that is the reason I keep coming back. Their expertise knowledge of the clothes and styles that are in the store made me feel confidant.

  My wife and I went to J.Crew to find a dress for our reservation on the Riverwalk that evening, but our visit started off on a really bad note. While my wife was in the fitting room, I saw a man yelling at a worker and even throwing something. It was a pretty traumatic and upsetting scene, but despite all that, we met Adrianna, who came over and helped us. She was so composed and professional, and she helped my wife find a beautiful dress for our evening. Adrianna somehow managed to turn a genuinely traumatic event into a truly delightful experience, and it's clear she is an outstanding manager who handles difficult situations with incredible grace. She deserves to be recognized, and we will absolutely be back the next time we're in San Antonio.

  Absolutely love J.Crew Factory! The staff offered a warm welcome, and they were very diligent in helping me pick out lots of different outfits! The store itself had an overall wonderful atmosphere. I am extremely satisfied with my visit; I will be returning soon!!

  Wow, my husband and I were blown away with this store. It’s now our favorite and one stop shop! Can I take a minute to talk about the team. They are absolutely amazing and going over and beyond! They helped us find outfits for everyone in our family. When they didn’t have the size we wanted they offered free shipping to our front door! We’re definitely coming back!! The managers were so helpful for our littles they even took out a children’s book from the cabinet and read to them. It allowed us to shop in peace. We love our experience!

  J Crew Factory is absolutely the best place to shop!!!! Gigi is a wonderful manager and takes so much pride in this store!!! All the sales associates are so helpful and are very polite to the customers!!!! Adrianna in particular is very professional and accommodating!!!! She always goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied!!!! Thank you to all for such a great shopping experience!!!
