- LBLysha BMay 8, 20255.0J.Crew Factory only gets 5 stars from me because the workers there are FANTASTIC! They're helpful, and knowledgeable about the clothing. The store is always neat and clean too. Besides that, the clothing isn't the best and they mostly fit a certain demographic. You'll find some nice pieces here and there but overall, the material of their clothing is the worst. For those prices, you'd assume they would have better choices in fabric.
