  Organized store with friendly and helpful employees! There were lots of great sales going on. Glad to have a J Crew outlet nearby.

  I had a rather large return at this location. The gal handling the transaction couldn't have been any nicer & friendly about it. First time in this location and I will definitely stop back in. Hope they acknowledge the staff at this location - common courtesy & friendliness goes a long way to keeping customers coming back.

  The staff greeted us upon entering the store and shared information about sales and ways to save. The store was so clean and organized. It was a great shopping experience.

  I visited this store last night. 3 employees and not 1 person said hello. 🙄 I will not visit this store again and I love jcrew, but not this one!! Your employees are no better than the customers that come in. That's the feeling I got, just rude
