Excellent customer service. Staff was knowledgeable, communicated clearly and efficiently with a positive attitude. Showed they truly cared about the customer. Kudos to J Crew factory! Great deals as well!

I've had several good experiences over the past year at this J. Crew Factory location. Clothing seems good quality for the price, the store is clean and well-maintained, and the employees are really friendly and helpful. An unusually good shopping experience.
