  "Mini" skirts are awkwardly long, and the patterns on the clothes are hideous (just like last year's 4th of July lobster print dress). Their jewelry is very low quality, especially in comparison to J.Crew's or Madewell's (sister company) jewelry. Save your money and invest in accessories that'll last more than a year. The team isn't very diverse and the store manager is overbearingly energetic. Some customers just want to be left alone, please learn how to act accordingly.

  I love this store but the staff that is wearing a scarf is very rude! There was never a time that I went there that this staff ever smile or talk nicely. The rest of the staff are friendly it’s just this particular one which makes me think twice to stop by every time I see her working from the window. I told my co workers that shops at this store and they said the same thing!

  The store is clean and uncluttered. Everything was easy to find. Returns are seamless and the customer service is way better than jcrew at the mall.

  While the people in the J Crew store in Briarwood are wonderful, customer relations at this store stink. I was in with my five-year-old recently when she announced she was having a bathroom emergency. I had an armload of clothes I'd planned to buy, and I asked if my child could use their bathroom. With my child doing a potty dance beside me, they refused. It's not as though this store is inside a mall with public restrooms; finding another option was not easy. I left my planned behind and rushed out to try to find another bathroom for my child. We didn't make it in time, and she had an accident. I will not return to this store after this.
