  I think J. Crew must have elevated its pricing because J. Crew Factory is the prices I expect at J. Crew (granted I haven’t been to one in a few years). The employees are nice. I was hoping to get “boring” work things in multiples, but it’s NOT J. Crew discounted. My take is it’s like LOFT is to Anne Taylor. Totally different merchandise and the prices sort of overlap.

  It’s such a pleasure shopping at this store. The Manager, Michelle, is so always attentive and friendly. I can shop for myself and my granddaughter, and love the fun classic styles! Duncan was so helpful when he checked me out. 5 star customer service.

  5+ employees loafing around on a Sunday evening - no greeting upon entering, no offer of assistance when searching for a size or visiting a fitting room, and no farewell upon leaving.

  Well, it’s never been easy to deal with these j crew workers ! every store I went to they have attitude but No trading or don’t No customer service and don’t know how to fold clothes???? I just don’t know why ??? They don’t train them ??? They just get trained to hate customers! It’s always good to Oder online ! But I am always traveling!
