  I come here all the time and finally received excellent customer service. Previous times, I could barely get anyone to acknowledge me and it’s not because the store is busy. During the past visits, the only reason I was helped was because I was ready to check out. Hopefully the gentleman Roshen will rub off on the others. Roshen was exceptional and went above and beyond to assist.

  Clothes are what you would expect. The customer service is horrendous. I saw the other reviews. Those staff members must have transferred. Don't expect any of the 3 salespeople that work there now to actually assist you. I was in there for 40 minutes, clothes in hand to try on, and none of them spoke to me at any point. I went to the dressing room, passed by 2 talking. They didn’t even look in my direction. I asked another patron if anyone had spoken to her and she said no, not yet. Go for the clothes but expect poor service.

  Extremely helpful staff. Three different sakes people-including the Store Director who registered me for Rewards and searched for a special color. I shopped 11/2 hours and love everything !
