  Bought a J.Crew pink cardigan was a huge disappointment. Its dye bled excessively, ruining other expensive clothes in the wash. I followed care instructions, but the quality is clearly compromised. I no longer trust J.Crew's garment quality. Don't recommend

  Very weird vibes. Didn’t greet me and my partner and stared at us in silence. Then proceeded to greet the following guests. My personal space was also violated as if I was going to steal. This was from staff working on 5/24/24 at 4pm

  Great store, great layout, great selection. I appreciate how the j. crew designers stay in line with fashion! Lots of open space to properly shop. Literally no cluster or piles of clothes. Bright lights helps you see the color of the clothes.
