  Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They have such a classic preppy style of clothing here. Was able to find exactly what I wanted. Store had well curated tables and was easy to shop. Perfect lighting and the dressing rooms were super roomy. For sure will be a place I will be stopping back regularly to do some shopping at.

  I have a friend who is a regional buyer for J Crew and encouraged me to come in and give this location a try. I’ve lost a lot of weight and a store like J Crew has always been intimidating for me, even though they carry some plus sizes. I trusted her judgement that I could wear their clothes and decided to come in. Not a single employee spoke to me, but every other person who walked through their doors was greeted with a smile, warm welcome, and asked how they could be helped. I actually found something I wanted to buy my mom for her birthday, and several tops I would have bought my husband. I decided I wasn’t going to spend my money in a store where the employees couldn’t even acknowledge me as a person just because I don’t look like them. I came in ready to spend, and they lost a large sale and potentially a regular customer because of their customer service. I cried when I got to my car because I felt so uncomfortable in this store and I haven’t felt that was shopping in a really long time.
